I’m Dr. Josh Taylor — a Medical Doctor working in Emergency Medicine. After years on the front line, I’ve seen that real, lasting health improvement rarely comes from prescriptions or supplements. It comes from how we live.

Through my education and course, I teach people how to take control of their health with a straight-talking, practical approach rooted in evolutionary science, nutrition, and honesty.
