About Me

Why I started all this

I’ve worked in emergency and acute medicine for 9 years — long enough to see a brutal truth: the NHS is excellent at saving lives during emergencies, but it’s not designed to prevent chronic disease and obesity at the scale we see today.

Every day, I see people suffering from chronic conditions that didn’t necessarily need to happen — obesity, fatigue, inflammation, burnout, heart disease, and many cancers. These are often driven by modern food, poor sleep, environmental toxins, and a lifestyle that humans simply weren’t built for.

I am creating this course because I believe people can make meaningful improvements — not with fad diets, trackers, "hacks", or supplements, but through simple, time-tested ancestral principles.

To be clear: I’m not here to replace your doctor. This course is purely educational and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

My aim is to share knowledge and fill the gap the current system often overlooks — to help you make informed decisions about your health before small issues become bigger ones
